Rhinestone Studio accepts returns or even exchanges for standard merchandise within 30 days for items that
have not been worn and are still in saleable condition. Custom orders are not returnable or refundable. - Customers are
responsible for the cost of sending the item(s) back to us.
- For returns or exchanges, please contact us
before returning your merchandise at 512-330-4900.
- Returns and exchanges should be mailed to the
following address. For exchanges, please indicate what you would like in exchange.
- Upon receiving your standard merchandise return, we will credit your payment card for
100% of cost of the item(s) plus tax if applicable. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Custom orders are not returnable.
- Refunds will not be granted if merchandise is damaged.
